Show Me The Way is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to providing online mentoring programs which help Aboriginal students to achieve their potential, using the latest in digital technology. Bullseye, the brains behind the technology, has created the website which acts as both an educational and fundraising channel to support the initiatives of Show Me The Way.
Additionally Bullseye created the mentoring technology that allows students to meet with mentors. The Westpac Group were one of the first to provide their staff as Learning Partners (mentors) to utilise the site and support the program.
“Bullseye's work is impressive. They met our brief with great attention to detail and created an easy to use mentoring/social networking space. Many of the sites' users have commented on the innovative approach," says Chris Maguire, General Manager of Show Me The Way. “Since the student web site has been in operation, retention rates of school-based trainees working with the Westpac Group have risen from 50% in 2010 without Show Me The Way to 85% in 2011 with the Show Me The Way web site. Bullseye gives us an online presence that is seen by a large audience across the world,” says Chris.
Michael McKerlie (Managing Director – PT Bullseye (Bali)) added: “It has been a great pleasure and honour to work with Show Me The Way on this important and powerful program. We have been proudly a part of the program for a few years now and have been delighted with the results. We look forward to continuing our support and an exciting 2012 ahead.”
